HOIHGM (MEA ASIA) DMCC, The International Association of Hotel General Managers, and all global entities (who we refer to as "we", "us" and "our" below), are committed to upholding your privacy as a valued member, prospective member, customer or user of this website. With respect to personal and financial information relating to payments, your data will be treated in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and in accordance with any requirements set by third party e-commerce and banking providers and their regulators.
If you register with us you confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age. The details provided by you on registration or at any time are important. The registered user undertakes to ensure that they are correct and complete. You undertake to inform us immediately of any changes to the information you provided when registering by updating your personal details.
PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You must keep your password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. Please note that you will be responsible for activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us immediately.

The Association will never send you a communication asking you for financial or personal information without your express request, and payments should be processed only through the legitimate online third party payment gateways which are accessed only through www.hotelgms.com. Breaches of this policies should be notified to our staff on email@example.com and will be vigorously investigated and pursued by all legal means.
GOODS AND SERVICES
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in United States Dollars (USD) or UAE Dirhams (AED). Payment will be accepted by e-commerce portals provided by third party providers through www.hotelgms.com. Direct debit to the nominated bank account should be in the name of HOIHGM (MEA ASIA) DMCC, or by AED cheques to the equivalent USD amount for local payments made in the UAE. Cash and alternative forms of payment or value transfer will not be accepted.
No services will be provided to, and no payments may be received from, countries, individuals or companies which are subject to sanctions issued by the United Nations, OFAC, Central Bank of the UAE, and any other relevant body.
Registered users of the www.hotelgms.com site may be able to purchase goods and services from us or our subsidiaries. This should not be confused with the purchase of goods and services from third party sites linked to the www.hotelgms.com site.
No offer is made through the www.hotelgms.com site and we reserve the right to reject your offer for any reason. Prices and availability of goods and services are subject to change. In the event that we are unable to supply you with the goods or services you will receive a full refund.
While we try and ensure that all prices on the www.hotelgms.com site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error we shall inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel, and you have already paid for the goods or services, you will receive a full refund.
Specific terms and conditions may apply to these purchases. Those specific terms and conditions incorporate these Terms and Conditions. If these purchases are with one of our subsidiaries, the name of that company shall be included in the expressions "we/us" in these Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict, the specific terms and conditions shall apply. In relation to some users you may have a statutory right to cancel a good or service within a certain period. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes that statutory right.
When using an eligible card to make payments in any online portals, the Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and the policies and rules of the Association. The Association highly recommends that the Member retain all payment information for their own records and to enable payment queries to be resolved promptly.

We do not endorse, approve or sanction (unless otherwise stated) nor are we responsible for any third party's products, services, acts or omissions. There is no association or connection between us and the third party (unless otherwise stated) save for the provision of the link. We do not act in partnership with nor as agent for or on behalf of the third party to whom we provide links. Accordingly, neither party may incur any debt or liability on behalf of the other party.
We do not accept any liability or make any endorsements, guarantees or undertakings relating to the content of advertisements or reader offers which may be displayed on, accessed by links, or referred to on www.hotelgms.com.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that information on the www.hotelgms.com site is correct, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the www.hotelgms.com site or any information contained on it or from any action or decision taken as a result of using the www.hotelgms.com site or any such information.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre Court. We do not make any promise that the materials on the www.hotelgms.com site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the UAE and using the www.hotelgms.com site from territories where its use or material or contents is unlawful is prohibited.
