Robyn is a highly experienced professional with 45+ years of experience spanning General
Management, Sales & Marketing, Brand Strategy and execution, Change Management, Project
Leadership, Leading Teams and Quality Assurance at an international level.
She brings her grass-roots approach based on her years spent in various departments working at
hotel level where she moved from General Manager to Regional and International positions. She is
passionate about bringing brands to life through the internalising of a brand promise through the
delivery of high quality on brand customer experience. She has supported a number of leading
brands develop their quality standards including Dolce Resorts, Le Meridien, Belmond Hotels, St.
Regis, Sands China – Macau, The Luxury Collection, W Hotels, Tiger Palace Resort (Nepal) among
others.
Robyn uses her experiences gained as a Six Sigma professional to ensure she achieves measurable
results which add value for all shareholders.
In 2019 Robyn certified as a Proctor Gallagher Institute Coach and works with clients around the
world at both personal and professional level with Mindset Coaching with a focus to help these
individuals and teams perform to their full potential.
Prior to founding Impact Consulting, Robyn held various positions in hotel operations with the most
recent being Vice President Brand Management and Brand Leader for Design and Luxury brands for
Starwood Hotels, Europe, Africa, & Middle East (EAME). In this role, she led the brand and Quality
Assurance efforts of nine brands across 240 hotels. She was instrumental in developing the EAME
Customer Experience team which was accountable for supporting hotels in delivering a guest
experience which delivered towards achieving the KPIs for all hotels.
Robyn is Australian and has been the recipient of various professional and personal awards,
including “Queensland Businesswoman of the Year”, International Woman Chiefs of Enterprises
Achievement Award for Contribution to the Australian Tourism Industry and Starwood “Presidents
Award”. Following her experience with a six month loss of memory following a medical procedure,
Robyn wrote and published “To Build a Lifetime” where she shares her learnings from this
experience when facilitating workshops related to the power of communication and decision
making.
Robyn is Chairman of the Board of Directors of SIT, Special Interest Travel, which is a Malta based
Destination Management Company and part of the Demajo Company.
