Meetings

Meetings of the Board of Governors and of the Executive are convened as needed at the request of the President or Chair of the Board of Governors.

The Executive shall meet at a frequency required to make major business decisions for the Association, to keep the Association and its constituent parts/entities in good standing, and to ensure that Membership interests are received and considered appropriately.

The Board of Governors shall meet at least once every year to discuss the strategy of the Association, industry trends and Membership interests.
